WILPF Otautahi

The WILPF Peace Stall at the Multicultural Festival at Ray Blank Park, Otautahi Christchurch on Saturday 10th March.
It was a beautiful sunny day and the festival was well attended by thousands. The main caretaker of the stall reported that she sold some books, spoke to lots of people and gave away pamphlets and some badges to children.  This is a very positive festival bringing all the different cultures of the planet together in a positive way, sharing their food, culture and music. The general public are enthusiastic for a peaceful world.
WILPF has become a regular attendee at this festival over the last few years and quietly sits and fits in, sending messages of peaceful action by supporting peaceful initiatives giving hope to all, for peace on earth.
